Frisée Aux Lardons

Peach, strawberry, and subtle hints of rose petal aromas. Fresh citrus bursts balanced with nectarine and stone fruit flavors. Silky entrance coupled with fresh and uplifting acidity.

Fresh fruit aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry are followed by hints of sandalwood, mineral, and leather. Plum, raspberry, and spice flavors unfold to supple tannins.

Dry Age Boneless Strip Steak
