Located on the North Fork of Long Island, Sannino Vineyards is family-owned and operated by Anthony and Lisa Sannino. The Sannino family started their journey in 2006 with the purchase of their 5-acre vineyard to become a boutique, sustainably-grown wine estate. 

Pear Salad 

Gorgonzola, Pecorino Romano, candied walnuts, pomegranate vinaigrette
Vivacious Sparkling Rosé | Cutchogue, NY 2021 
Created as a dedication to owner Lisa Sannino's vivacious mother, emulating her bubbly, lively, and loving energy. Light pink and sparkling offering aromas of strawberry and peonies. Full and lush mouthfeel with well-balanced acidity. Toasty and warm with hints of baked berry cobbler.

Creamed Leeks

Pecorino Romano, breadcrumbs, heavy cream, crostini
Chilly Day Chardonnay | Cutchogue, NY 2022 
Dry and unoaked Chardonnay. An all-time Sannino favorite, sure to brighten up the chilliest days. Bronze at FLX Internation competition.

Carrot Risotto 

Fontina, mascarpone, crispy carrots
Riesling | Cutchogue, NY 2021 
Fermented completely dry in order to accentuate its refreshing, crisp acidity and hits of green apple.

Grilled Veal Chop  

Arugula, orange slices
Cabernet Franc | Cutchogue, NY 2020 
The perfect representation of the North Fork of Long Island. Medium body while still retaining complexity. White pepper and tart cherry notes allow this red to easily be paired with rich and savory dishes.

Butter Cake  

Raspberry whipped cream, raspberry, mint leaf
Cabernet Sipping Chocolate
Made with Cabernet Sauvignon. Decadent and delicious.
