Nicole Bartoline

General Manager

After beginning with Spuntino in 2017 as an assistant manager, today, Nicole Bartoline now holds the General Manager title. She oversees day to day operations, collaborates on programs with Executive Chef Paul Leader, and ultimately, focuses on guest experience. Nicole, whose interest in wine has prompted her to pursue her sommelier certification, has also worked with Regan DeBenedetto, Sommelier and Wine Director, to build wine lists, helping to create one that won Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence. A lover of food with an affinity for hospitality, Nicole loves the commemorative aspect of her job, especially that Spuntino often provides a place to celebrate happy times, and memorialize harder times, in guests’ lives. “I cherish that they chose us for this specific event in their life and I want to make sure they receive exceptional guest service.”
